delle associazioni senza scopo di lucro al progressivo n. 8 - Sezione B) Culturale, verrà cancellata dal suddetto Registro con decreto di pari data per procedere all’iscrizione al Registro Regionale Generale del Volontariato;
VISTO l’art.9 comma 1, della l.r. 30 dicembre 1999, n.30, come modificato dall’art.1, comma 2 della l.r. 2 febbraio 2001, n.3; VISTA la d.g.r. 18 maggio 2005 n.VIII/2, con la quale è stato modificato l’assetto organizzativo
della Giunta Regionale, disponendo contestualmente il conferimento degli incarichi dirigenziali secondo le competenze determinate nello stesso provvedimento deliberative;
DECREED
